  • Damaged Item: If the item is damaged upon arrival.

  • Return the item in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, including used products or items not in their original condition, may not qualify for a refund.
